How we use photographs, video, and audio from our public events, and how to opt out.

From time to time, 295 Open Spaces takes photographs, video, and audio at our public events and gatherings. We may use this media in our promotional and educational materials, including our website, social media channels, newsletters, and printed materials, to share our work and grow our community.

By attending a 295 Open Spaces public event, you understand that your image or likeness may be captured and used in these materials, without compensation. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, simply let a member of our team know at the event, or contact us in advance at info@295openspaces.org, and we'll be glad to accommodate you.

Anchor Spaces Circles are different. To protect the confidentiality that makes our Circles safe, we do not photograph or record the conversation portion of any Anchor Spaces Circle. Any media connected to a Circle is limited to welcome or gathering moments and is only ever captured with participants' knowledge.

Minors. If you are registering or attending on behalf of someone under 18, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for granting or declining this consent on the minor's behalf.

Withdrawing consent. You may ask us to remove your image from our materials at any time by contacting info@295openspaces.org. We will honor reasonable requests promptly, though we may be unable to recall materials already in print or distribution.
